Limited Partnership Registration

The Limited Partnership (LP) registration / incorporation in Lebanon, is divided as follows:

Prerequisites:

• object of the business in as much details as possible
• minimum 2x national id or passport with shares distribution
• business address ($360 @ BuBleik) or office ownership / rental

Process:

1. prepare the registration documents (إتفاقية - طلب - تسجيل - إذاعة)
2. sign and legislate (إتفاقية) at any notary (~$100) or in Beirut Registrar MoJ
3. fiscal stamp at the MoF (~$500)
4. registration at the Beirut Registrar - MoJ (~$250) + copies & stamps (~$50)
5. business commencement at MoF (مباشرة عمل)
